'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' started with a vision of serving traditional Neapolitan pizza right to Bologna. Launched by the Rossi family in 1985, our pizza shop operated on a small scale, with age-old recipes passed from one generation to the next.
Marco Rossi, our anchor, perfected her pizza craftsmanship by apprenticing with renowned pizza makers in Naples - the pizza's birthplace. After absorbing the Italian way, she returned to the UK with a mission to offer an authentic Italian pizza experience, sticking to tried-and-true techniques and top-tier ingredients.
From a humble establishment seating merely a dozen patrons, we've evolved into a neighborhood favorite. Yet our dedication to supreme craftsmanship remains unchanged. Continually firing our pizzas in traditional wood ovens, we furnish our dough freshly each day and prioritize premium quality product selection.
'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' is still a family treasure, with the newer generation of the Rossi lineage presently steering our devoted crew. While we've incorporated some current techniques, our core ethos remains: producing luscious, genuine pizzas that gather folks together.
